After your training, you will be a qualified, time-served engineer specialising in the manufacture of mechanical components using a variety of machining techniques.
The successful applicant will be expected to work, program and set up CNC machines as well as production components to a high standard.
Initially, the applicants' responsibilities will be applicable to their abilities. Light engineering duties as well and workshop maintenance and developing new systems for the machine shop.
An interest and understanding in automotive and motorcycles would be advantageous but not essential. Anyone with an honest engineering interest and willingness to learn would be considered.
Applicant should have decent English and Maths GCSE grades (A-C).
You must be able to travel to and from work as well as college independently.
Pay will be in line with government requirements.
