About Manufacturing

Iconic Engineering Solutions Ltd is leading CNC manufacturing with advanced 3, 4, and 5 Axis CNC Milling Machines, CNC Lathe, and Centre Lathes. Our machinery handles diverse materials with high-quality tooling, ensuring fast and cost-effective delivery. Since acquiring these machines, we've excelled in the automotive and motorsport sectors, producing precise aluminium components. In late 2019, we expanded with our first CNC Lathe with live tooling, boosting our capacity for complex projects. We've also invested in offline programming, including DXF file readers for 2D profiles and a full CAM solution for 3D surfaces, reducing cycle times and enhancing strategies. At Iconic Engineering Solutions Ltd, our commitment to excellence and innovation ensures superior products that exceed expectations, solidifying our industry leadership.

    CNC - CAMBER ADJUSTMENT PLATE

CAM Simulation of an LMP Car Camber Adjustment Plate. Component was machined from 7075-t6 Aluminium. tricky part on this component was making sure the chamfers on each side of the component were precise so the bearings could be swaged in perfectly.

    SUSPENSION COMPONENT

CAM Simulation of an LMP Le Mans Car Suspension Component. Manufactured from EN24t steel, this was a tough cookie to cut. Very hard material but the part looked fantastic when complete.
