Iconic Engineering Solutions Ltd offers CNC manufacturing with its 3, 4 and 5 Axis CNC Milling Machines, CNC Lathe, and Centre Lathes. We can machine a wide selection of materials and use high-quality tooling to allow us to bring your parts and projects to you in a fast and cost-effective way.
Since purchasing the machine we have been servicing the Automotive and Motorsport sector producing complex aluminium components.
In the last quarter of 2019, we purchased our first CNC Lathe with live tooling. This further expands our capacity and capabilities.
We have also invested in several options for offline programming. These include simple DXF file readers which allow us to program complex profiles from a 2D Drawing and a full CAM solution which allows us to program the machine so it can produce complex 3D surfaces and reduce machine cycle times through smart machining strategies.
